Provided that there are no significant modifications resulting from stakeholder consultations, under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation and the Minister Responsible for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Memorandum of Understanding Between Atlantic Region and the Government of Canada on Competitiveness and Environmental Sustainability substantially along the lines of the document contained in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
