Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the

Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Aubrey Cover, K.C.

as Associate Secretary to Cabinet for Indigenous Reconciliation,Office of the Executive

Council, effective September 20, 2022, at his current salary and point scale on the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice

fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
