Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Adam Sparkes as Assistant Deputy Minister – Energy Policy in the Department of Natural Resources, effective December 5, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
