Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding up to a maximum of $1,500,000 per year against its 2006-07 and 2007-08 budgetary appropriations for the purposes of entering into an agreement with Microsoft for the provisioning of strategic enterprise software products for the three-year period commencing 2005-06.
