Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Joy Maddigan as Assistant Deputy Minister – Policy and Planning in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective December 7, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
