Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations of $51,809 in 2006/07, $41,443 in 2007/08, $31,087 in 2008/09 and $20,731 in 2009/10 for the purpose of implementation of a pan Canadian marketing initiative to encourage savings for post secondary education.

OC2005-425 is hereby rescinded.
