Under the authority of section 117 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Thomas Johnson as the Consumer Advocate for the review of Newfoundland Power’s regulated accounting policies and practices on terms acceptable to the Minister of Justice after consultation with the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities and, in accordance with the Public Utilities Act, all costs will be borne by the Board.
