Youth Criminal Justice Act and Young Persons Offences Act
Under the authority of subsection 2(1) of the Youth Criminal Justice Act and paragraph 2(d) of the Young Persons Offences Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Ludlow as a provincial director of youth corrections for community services which include open custody, probation services and extrajudicial sanctions.
