Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Public Service Secretariat within Executive Council effective December 19, 2005, to consist of two branches each led by an Assistant Deputy Minister:

i)  Human Resources; and

ii)  Labour Relations.
