Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Marilyn Field as Assistant Deputy Minister – Human Resources in the Public Service Secretariat, effective December 19, 2005, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016 and with Ms. Field not to receive less than her current salary.
