Executive Council Act
Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, and further to the direction provided in OC2005-383, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to rename the branch in the Department of Finance with responsibilities for budgeting, insurance, debt management and pension administration as “Financial Planning and Benefits Administration.”
