Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Donna Brewer as Assistant Deputy Minister – Financial Planning and Benefits Administration in the Department of Finance, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification review reflecting her responsibilities for debt management, pension administration, budgeting and insurance effective May 16, 2005, and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Ms. Brewer not to receive less than her current salary.
