Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs effective August 19, 2005, consisting of the following two branches each led by an Assistant Deputy Minister:

 i)  Municipal Support Services; and

 ii)  Engineering, Policy and Planning, with responsibilities for engineering and land use planning combined with policy and strategic planning.
