Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Baxter Rose as Assistant Deputy Minister – Engineering, Policy and Planning in the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, with a position description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat and salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with Mr. Rose not to receive less than his current salary.
