Under the authority of subsection 4(5) or 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, as determined by the Minister of Transportation and Works following consultation with the Department of Environment and Conservation and G & S Rodgers Enterprises Limited, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 1,055.5 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Environment and Conservation in the Government Services Centre Building, 13 Churchill Street, Happy Valley – Goose Bay, NL, on either a month to month or a fixed term basis up to August 31, 2006, under the existing terms and conditions, either at the existing rental rate of $14.75 per square foot pursuant to subsection 4(5) of the Public Tender Act or at an increased rental rate no greater than 15% of the existing rental rate pursuant to subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, with any rate increase being sourced within existing departmental budgetary allocations.

OC2005-375 is hereby rescinded.
