Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the
Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Patricia Hearn as
Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, in addition to
her duties as Deputy Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, Office of the Executive
Council, effective September 20, 2022, at her current salary and point scale on the
Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2025-104)
