Under the authority of sections 10(1) and 12(1) of the College Act, 1996 and section 21 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes Moya Cahill from the roles of Chair and Member of the Board of Governors of the College of the North Atlantic effective immediately.
