Under the authority of section 6 of the Citizens’ Representative Act, following a Resolution of the House of Assembly carried by a majority vote of the members of the House of Assembly actually voting, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes, for cause, Mr. Fraser March from the Office of the Citizens’ Representative, effective December 12, 2005.
