Under the authority of section 3(2) of the Citizens’ Representative Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert J. Jenkins to act as the Citizens’ Representative in a temporary capacity, effective December 13, 2005 until such time as the Office is filled by the Lieutenant Governor in Council following a Resolution of the House of  Assembly, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a contract between the Speaker of the House of Assembly and Mr. Jenkins, a copy of which is to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
