Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell approximately 101 square meters of Parcel B, which is expropriated land off Griffin Drive, Corner Brook, to be combined with Parcel A, for a total of approximately 176 square meters of land, to Jacqueline Mantey, under terms and conditions and at a price satisfactory to the Minister.  Parcel A in total measures 74.8 square metres and is outlined in the survey plan attached to Annex B.  Parcel B in total measures 353 square metres and is outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B.  The combination of land from Parcel A and portion of land from Parcel B to be conveyed to Jacqueline Mantey is outlined as Parcel 1 of Annex D of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
