Under the authority of  section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell approximately 252 square meters of Parcel B, which is expropriated land off Griffin Drive, Corner Brook, to John Staples under terms and conditions and at a price satisfactory to the Minister.  Parcel B in total measures 353 square metres and is outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B.  The land to be conveyed to Mr. Staples is outlined as Parcel 2 of Annex D of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
