Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John Cummings, Q.C. as the Fellow of the James G. Channing Chair, for a term to commence April 1, 2006, upon terms and conditions set out in an agreement on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
