Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funds in the amount of $6,060,912 for 2006-07, $1,459,992 for 2007-08, and $509,300 for four years commencing in 2008-09 for the purposes of entering into an Agreement with Persona Communications for the implementation of broadband Internet access and the associated five-year end-user agreement.
