Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and Attorney General and Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into Community Tripartite Agreements with the Federal Government and individual Aboriginal Communities for the direct delivery of policing services to these communities, substantially in the form as presented in Appendix B of the Minister’s submission.
