Under the authority of clause 8 of Appendix A of the by-laws of the Special Celebrations Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Special Celebrations Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador to fund up to a maximum of $105,461 in support of various festivals, community celebrations and promotional events normally considered under the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation’s Cultural Events Fund.
