Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations of $67,337 in 2006/07, $53,855 in 2007/08, $40,397 in 2008/09 and $26,940 in 2009/10 for the purpose of implementation of a pan Canadian marketing initiative to encourage savings for post secondary education.
