Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to pre-commit funding of $100,000 for the next four years (2006/07, 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10), for the purpose of the Canada – Atlantic Provinces Agreement on International Business Development.
