 Under the authority of section 126 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

 i)  appoint a Committee to review, consider, report and make recommendations to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council on matters respecting the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and Regulations and the administration of each as the Committee considers appropriate by March 31, 2006;

  ii)  appoint the following Members to the Review Committee:

A)  E. Bruce Peckford, Chairperson;

 B)  Joan Cleary, Vice-Chairperson and Employer Representative;

C)  David Burry, Employee Representative;

D)  Stelle Mailman, Member At Large; and

 E)  Reg Anstey, Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Board representative;

iii)  establish quorum for meetings of the Review Committee at three Members; and

iv)  establish remuneration for Review Committee Members at Level III as per the Schedule of Rates of Remuneration for Agencies, Boards and Commissions provided by Treasury Board, with the exception of Ms. Cleary who is not to receive remuneration but shall be paid any expenses
