Under the authority of sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Natural Products Marketing Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is

pleased to appoint the following Members to the Farm Industry Review Board, effective immediately for the terms noted,

with remuneration for Board Members to be set by Treasury Board:

   i)  Martin Hammond, Chairperson, three year term;

  ii)  Violet Parsons, Vice-Chairperson, three year term;

 iii)  Wayne Ruth, two year term;

  iv)  John Dinn, two year term;

v)  Mervin Wiseman, three year term, nominated by the Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of Agriculture;

vi)  Rita Legge, three year term; and

vii)  Connie Stewart, three year term.
