Under the authority of section 520 E.2(b) of Government’s Personnel Administration Policies, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to temporarily suspend the mandatory retirement age of 65, effective November 4, 2005, until such time as consideration can be given to a forthcoming submission from the Public Service Secretariat on this matter.
