Under the authority of section 5 of An Act to Amend the Tobacco Control Act, SNL2000 c24, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring section 5 of the Act into force on January 1, 2006.
