Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds of $500,000 against its 2006-2007 budgetary appropriations to facilitate an early tender call respecting the ground source earth energy system.
