Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell to Dion and Catherine Hall of Corner Brook a parcel of surplus, vacant land measuring two hundred and eighty-six (286) square metres, as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council and under terms and conditions satisfactory to the Minister.
