Under the authority of section 35 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to incur expenditures up to $1,250,000 in the 2005/06 fiscal year in relation to implementation of an energy efficiency and conservation program for low income homeowners.
