Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs with Responsibility for Emergency Preparedness and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to execute the Federal/Provincial Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund Agreement on behalf of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
