Under the authority of section 6(2) of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act, clauses 18.1.1, 18.3.1 and 18.3.2 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, section 8 of the Interpretation Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, to sign the Nunatsiavut Government Fiscal Financing Agreement, the Nunatsiavut Government Own Source Revenue Capacity Agreement and the Newfoundland and Labrador/Nunatsiavut Government Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement, substantially in the form attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
