Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a cost-shared bilateral Phase 2 agreement with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation on affordable housing, a draft of which is provided at Annex A of the Minister’s Submission and is entitled, “Supplementary Agreement to the Affordable Housing Program Agreement made on the 7^th day of May 2003,” which is to be amended to include a signature block for the new Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation and a signature block for the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs.
