Under the authority of section 14 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to borrow up to $4 million, as required, related to the province’s funding requirements for the Phase 2 Affordable Housing Bilateral Agreement with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
