Under the authority of section 70 of “An Act to Ratify and Give the Force of Law to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement,” SNL2004 cL-3.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on December 1, 2005.
