Under the authority of section 10 of the College Act, 1996 and section 22 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Richard Dillon, of Gander, as a joint representative to the College of the North Atlantic’s Board of Governors and Memorial University’s Board of Regents, for a term of 3 years.
