Lands Act
Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(c) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a grant for an area not exceeding 2600 square meters of Crown land situated at Andrew’s Pond, Trinity Bay in the Electoral District of Trinity North to the Town of Clarenville, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
