Lands Act
Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 150 square meters of Crown land situated at Swift Current, in the Electoral District of Bellevue to Vernon Smith subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
