Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell the former public building and related land in Springdale measuring 0.285 hectares, as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Town of Springdale for the nominal amount of $1.00.
