Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to close permanently the section of abandoned highway reservation in Botwood contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.217 hectares and attached as Annex B of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and subsequently convey title to the area to Christopher and Marva Elliott under terms and conditions acceptable to the Minister.
