Under the authority of section 126 of Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judy S. Morrow, Q.C., Chairperson, Leonard Knox, Employer Representative, and Bernadette Coffey Sobol, Employee Representative and Vice-Chairperson, as Members of the 2019 Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Statutory Review Committee, to report or make recommendations to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council no later than June 30, 2020, and to establish quorum for meeting of the Review Committee at two Members.
