Under the authority of section 14 of the Enforcement of Canadian Judgments Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act respecting the Enforcement of Canadian Judgments into force on January 1, 2020.
