Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $77,598.13 in fiscal year 2020-21; $84,652.50 per annum in fiscal years 2021-22 through 2024-25 and $7,054.38 in fiscal year 2025-26, excluding HST, against its budgetary appropriations for the purpose of awarding a contract for leased office space in St. John’s to FDJM Holdings for a term of 60 months.
