Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to pre-commit funds of $1,000,000 against its 2006/07, 2007/08 and 2008/09 budgetary appropriations respectively to enable the Department to facilitate projects under the Regional/Sectoral Diversification Fund.
