Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to issue a Request for Proposals for Development and Operation of a Road Weather Information System for Newfoundland and Labrador that would lead to a three year contract with a qualified service provider.
