Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding of $100,000 against departmental appropriations for each of the fiscal years 2006-07 and 2007-08 to operate the Road Weather Information System.
